have you seen this film: pacific heights meets the money pit

yeah, that's right a psychotic tenant living in our new home which is falling down around our ears--without the hilarity and hijinks and affair with a euro-conductor/composer, and so far no incident of death by nail gun. but it's coming...sweet jesus it's coming.
